Carpet Cleaning

We Use HOTWATER EXTRACTION, the #1 recommended cleaning method of all carpet manufacturers.
First, we thoroughly vacuum the areas to be clean including detail cleaning the edges of the baseboards and corners of the rooms where dirt and dust tend to accumulate. While the Cleaning Specialist is vacuuming, he is analyzing the carpet's needs. After vacuuming, the Cleaning Specialist will pre-treat any soiled areas with a free-rinsing professional strength cleaning solution. We utilize the safests and most effective cleaning solutions availabe in the industry. We make sure we use cleaning solutions that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. After vacuuming and pre-treating any soiled areas, the Cleaning Specialist will use the Hot Water Extraction form of cleaning which is the recommended cleaning method of carpet cleaning by carpet manufacturers and the IICRC.
We take our time and "double extract" to ensure maximum moisture removal and accelarate drying time (which typically varies between 2 to 4 hours). The Cleaning Specialist will then apply a neutralizer that balances the pH and conditions the carpet fibers much like conditioner softens hair.
The Cleaning Specialist will then Pile Groom the carpets to leave the carpet looking nice beautiful. After cleaning the carpet and applying protectant, the Cleaning Specialist will place a high velocity air mover on and around the moist areas to accelerate drying time. The Cleaning Specialist will also leave you booties (shoe covers) so you can walk across the carpet without any worries. Your Cleaning Specialist will also leave you a complimentary bottle of Spot Remover... just in case an emergency arises!
